We currently deliver across Pakistan, including major cities and most surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, message us before ordering and we’ll confirm.

Delivery time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days of confirmation. From there, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days for major cities, and 5-7 business days for other areas. We’ll share tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. We’ll always show the final cost before you confirm your order — no hidden fees.

Delivery partners

We work with trusted courier partners to get your order to you safely. Someone will need to be available at the delivery address to receive the package.

Delays

Occasionally, weather, courier volume, or address issues can cause delays. If your order is taking longer than expected, reach out and we’ll track it down for you.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or something’s missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we’ll sort it — a replacement or a refund, whichever makes sense.
