Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love it. If you don’t, we’ll make it right.

We made VyeCare to be genuinely useful in your home. If for any reason it isn’t working out, we’re not going to make the return process harder than it needs to be.


Returns

If you’re not happy with your VyeCare, you can return it within 15 days of receiving your order — as long as it’s in its original condition and packaging.

We just ask that it hasn’t been heavily used or damaged, because we want to be fair to both sides.

To start a return, just get in touch with us directly. We’ll walk you through the process and make sure it’s as painless as possible.

Refunds

Once we’ve received the returned item and checked its condition, we’ll process your refund within 3 business days.

Refunds go back through the same method you used to pay. If you paid cash on delivery, we’ll arrange a transfer directly to you.

We’ll keep you updated throughout — you won’t be left wondering what’s happening.


Exchanges

If there’s something wrong with your unit — a defect, a fault, something that isn’t working as it should — we’ll replace it. No hassle. Just contact us, describe the issue, and we’ll take care of it.


Damaged or wrong orders

If your VyeCare arrived damaged, or if we somehow sent the wrong item, that’s on us entirely. Contact us within [X] days of receiving the order, send us a photo if you can, and we’ll get a replacement out to you as quickly as possible.


What we can’t accept returns on

We’re reasonable, but we do have to draw a line at:

  • Items returned after the 15-day window
  • Items that have been significantly used or damaged by the customer
  • Returns without prior contact with our team

If you’re unsure whether your situation qualifies, just ask us. We’d rather have a conversation than leave you stuck.


Delivery costs on returns

  • If the return is due to a fault or our mistake — we cover the delivery cost.
  • If you’re returning because you changed your mind — the return shipping cost is on you.

One last thing

We’re a small team that genuinely cares about getting this right. If something went wrong with your order or your experience, please just tell us. Most of the time we can sort things out quickly — without anyone needing to go through a formal return at all.
